In light of the urgency of climate change, it is increasingly important to address the issue from the perspective of those affected the most – the young generation.

The Youth Shaping Climate Policy (YSCP) Conference focuses on youth participation in climate policy. This conference provides a platform for young people to engage in shaping climate action. The goal of the project is to create a space and encourage young citizens to start the discussion with policymakers and be involved in climate change design.

On June 28th, the Maecenata Institute will host an online workshop for the initial stage of the YSCP project. The workshop will bring together approximately 300 young people (ages 18-30) from across Europe to gather insights on the positions and opinions of participants regarding the inclusion of youth in climate policymaking processes. Following this workshop, partner organizations will host further events for youth education, networking, and engagement on climate policy.

Are you between 18-30 and interested in participating? Register now by filling out the form below.
