Lisa Klisch is working as head of the communications team for the Maecenata Foundation. Previously, she worked in the field of science communication at the German Archaeological Institute and coordinated scientific events and training programs. She holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from the Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient Studies from the Freie Universität Berlin.

She is involved in the nature conservation organisation Bergwaldprojekt e.V., is a member of the SoLaWi Ökohof Waldgarten and is currently building a community garden together with Kulturschafft e.V.
